Professor Carlos Taborda is Full Professor at the Institute of Biomedical Sciences of the University of São Paulo and Head of the Laboratory of Medical Mycology of the Institute of Tropical Medicine/Department of Dermatology FMUSP. He has experience in the areas of Microbiology and Immunology, with a focus on Medical Mycology, Pathogen-Host Relationship; working mainly in the study of systemic and emerging mycoses.
