Tackling Human Fungal Infections in Latin America: A Great Success!

We are thrilled to announce that the CMM LATAM Unit Launch Event and FAILSAFE Meeting, held on the 16th and 17th of September 2024 in Sao Paulo, Brazil, was a tremendous success! Over 400 participants from around the globe came together to address pressing challenges in medical mycology and discuss innovative approaches to tackling human fungal infections in low to middle income countries (LMICs).

We were privileged to welcome renowned speakers from across the world, who shared their expertise on topics at the forefront of medical research and clinical practice. Their insights sparked engaging discussions and laid the groundwork for exciting collaborations.
