PRP: Prof Marcio Rodrigues

Professor Marcio Rodrigues is a Senior Researcher at FIOCRUZ and Professor at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. He is a fellow of the Brazilian Academy of Sciences and the American Academy of Microbiology. Marcio serves as an editor for mBio and PLOS Neglected Tropical Diseases. He has authored approximately 200 peer-reviewed articles in the field of medical mycology and has served as a ​reviewer​ for more than 50 scientific journals. He is a member of the Editorial Boards of Scientific Reports, PLoS One, Frontiers in Microbiology, Memorias do Instituto Oswaldo Cruz and an F1000 Associate Faculty Member in Global Health.
